• Lead complex projects in the design, development, validation, and commissioning of cutting-edge production machines and equipment
• Define project scope, specifications, schedules, budgets, and ensure successful delivery

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for assigned territories, in alignment with Magtrol's goals.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular visits, technical support, and follow-ups.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in key segments.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in key segments.

• Develop the assigned new markets & technical products and grow sales
• Identify, meet and develop new customers by positioning new differentiated solutions at customer application level. Develop Account plans. Close the deals

• Create, edit, manage and modify all product and process documentation using PLM and ERP software packages.
• Be a part of the Manufacturing team with extensive interactions with the R&D and Quality departments.
