• Research, design and implement security solutions for all managed components within LGT Capital Partners' on-premises and cloud infrastructure;
• Ensure that security is integrated into the evaluation, selection, deployment and configuration of hardware, software and cloud services;

• Own and manage end-to-end service management processes and tools, including incident management, service request management, asset management, and KNB management
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies and best practices in operations

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID)

• Own and govern a global portfolio of ~400 IT supplier contracts
• Lead contract lifecycle management: drafting, negotiation, renewal, termination, and compliance
• Ensure contracts align with corporate policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, security, audit rights)

Oversee the day-to-day operations and documentation of IT services such as M365, Atlassian Jira/Confluence and many more custom solutions, ensuring service quality....

• Manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, services, staff, and vendors of STAAR Surgical AG which includes Swiss and International users (non-US, non Japan, non China)
• Ensure IT infrastructure and systems operate optimally with minimal downtime and unplanned outages
