Modernize meeting rooms & lead MTR rollout: Assess current state, define standards, select hardware, manage vendors, execute pilots, training, adoption, and tracking, and set up monitoring, support processes, and SLAs....

• Analyse and improve the IT landscape based on target capabilities set by the IT strategy as well as service quality insights and opportunities identified by yourself.
• Take ownership of and expand EULARs Data Analytics Infrastructure for business and research purposes.

• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or valid work authorization for Switzerland
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, client management, or digital transformation roles

Provide leadership for a diverse, multi-functional global team of internal consultants and external partners, setting direction across SAP P2P-related modules or a development path tailored for highly driven professionals with a clear ambition to grow into a team lead role....

• Collaborate with departments to identify, document, and technically implement high-impact AI use cases across the organization
• Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training sessions tailored to various teams and roles

• Close cooperation with global process owners to identify process improvement potentials enabled by new technology / applications.
• Continuous analysis, enhancement, and optimization of sales and service processes for Accelleron Switzerland and Global Service Network (Process Consulting).
