• Lead SAP TM projects from initiation to successful completion
• Manage expectations on the development of solid project plans, with milestones and clear deliverables (in IT and business terms), handling risks, issues and objections
• Manage timelines, budgets and quality without compromise

• Translate business needs into data and product requirements, prioritizing features based on impact and feasibility.
• Execute the roadmap for data generation, data science, and AI projects aligned with the digital R&D strategy.

• Essential experiences At least one full cycle FS-CD implementation experience

• Help drive the delivery of change through active participation
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, mainly air traffic controllers, product managers/owners and architects to define the change scope and associated artifacts

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
