PURPOSE: Manage project plans through the New Product Introduction process, from Technical proposal to customers to Industrialization and start of serial production. Plan the different project execution phases and customer project gateways, which also includes resources alignment, risk mitigation...

• Manage and document systems and systems solutions requests with speed, responsiveness, completeness and quality
• Ensure seamless and precise documentation in alignment with key stakeholders (R&D, Solution Sales consultants, 3rd party suppliers, implementation teams, factory order centers)

• Acting as the primary focal point for customer communication, building strong relationships and ensuring clear alignment.
• Ensuring projects are properly set up with clear scope, timelines, and resources.
• Guaranteeing the timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of all project deliverables.

• Manage projects in the high-voltage infrastructure sector (overhead lines, underground links, mainly HVB)
• Contribute to business development in France, respond to tenders and conduct commercial negotiations
• Act as the primary technical contact for projects in France

• Structuring, planning, monitoring and controlling of complex organizational and technical projects in a national as well as international environment
• Achieving the project cost, quality and schedule goals

• Act as the primary interface for government and special mission customers, managing all communication, coordination, and reporting.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable work scopes for internal teams.
