• Optimizing legal spend and managing outside counsel relationships and billing

• As a Project Leader, you are responsible for managing high-impact strategy projects, ensuring their successful delivery and aligning them with strategic goals.

• Translate strategic directives from the CEO into actionable project plans, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and success metrics.

• Manage all lifecycle stages of M&A/PMI projects from the Service perspective, including both Due Diligence as well as Post-Merger Integration projects
• Develop and apply upside potential & risk scenario assessment frameworks for Service

• Weekly coordination of short and medium-term pricing activities depending on the current market situation with the stakeholders from other teams
• Differentiation of the price strategy per category and for expansion models based on individual challenges

• Shape and implement go‑to‑market strategies to build customer‑centric, scalable sales organisations across the portfolio
• Define market approaches and commercial models to unlock growth and improve sales effectiveness
