• Drive the end-to-end technical delivery of identity infrastructure projects in coordination with the project managers.
• Ensure timely, secure, and high-quality delivery of: identity document systems, secure hardware, PKI, databases, APIs, and platforms,

Operational Management: Oversee EIT operations, ensuring stable, high-performing infrastructure and coordinated local IT support....

• Lead end-to-end IT service delivery and helpdesk operations across DACH, ensuring high-quality support and user satisfaction
• Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs and SLAs; manage escalations and drive continuous service improvement

• Identifying and coordinating the inter-dependencies among projects, products, and other important strategic initiatives across an organization
• Overseeing a whole program, which could be split into sub-projects managed by different project managers

• Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose complete tailored HPC and AI solutions.
• Establish a trusted technical relationship with the customers and partners to position Fsas capabilities and ensure that its added value is properly communicated.

• Go-to-Market Leadership: You co-develop and execute the EMEA go to market strategy for mioty®, aligned with Fraunhofer IIS leadership and the global business strategy.
• Market Initiative: You drive business development activities across key EMEA markets and the expansion of the mioty® ecosystem.
