• Monitor and analyze financial regulations and interpret their implication on ADM's business activities
• Carry out feasibility analysis on ad-hoc change requests from business units
• Deliver projects to implement regulatory requirements and to improve existing processes

• Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of the Group's financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow), ensuring accuracy and consistency of reported data.
• Prepare and monitor monthly reports and KPIs, supporting variance analysis versus prior year and budget.

• Lead execution of regulatory deliverables, exams and overall engagement, with a focus on credit risk, market risk and operational risk
• Present to and interact with regulators as part of the ongoing supervision process, regulatory examinations and other deliverables

• Responsibility for a specific country and portfolio and opportunity to influence the credit business strategy
• Responsibility for implementing the group risk strategy by providing opinions for individual deals and support in the improvement of the assessment methodology.

• Provide both strategic and tactical direction and leadership excellence for all finance and controlling processes as well as reporting within our SAP template
• Lead workshops to design future finance and controlling processes and educate the users

Produce high-quality business cases and executive materials: synthesize market, financial and operational analysis into concise presentations and decision memos for senior leadership....
