• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, client management, or digital transformation roles

• Identifying and coordinating the inter-dependencies among projects, products, and other important strategic initiatives across an organization
• Overseeing a whole program, which could be split into sub-projects managed by different project managers

• Coordination of system and segment operation as much as the service engineering team
• Coordination of technical and operational System Level aspects with the operations managers (MOMs, SOMs and others) and engineers of the Centers and Segments

• Assess processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define actionable solutions.
• Define the needs for application and data landscape to enable automation and AI integration.

• Own and optimize the end-to-end service delivery of Microsoft Copilot across M365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Loop, Copilot Agents)
• Drive adoption and usability improvements by collaborating with internal stakeholders and Microsoft product teams
