• Collaborate with all departments to identify, document, and technically implement high-impact AI use cases across the our organization
• Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training sessions tailored to various teams and roles

• Vision: You develop and execute a clear software vision for our main training floor product and continuously bring it to the next level
• Innovation: You live for innovation and constantly look for new growth opportunities to create measurable impact for yourself, the team, the company and our partners

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications and workflows for our enterprise customers.
• Configure and customize modules such as ITSM and ITOM (must-have), as well as HRSD, CSM, or App Engine.
• Develop custom applications using JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
