• Manage Invoice acceptance procedures
• Handle Invoice related questions, requests
• Own daily business communication and complaint resolution
• Work on and provide accurate monthly/ quarterly closing reports
• Create and follow up on Purchase Orders
• Oversee general reporting on assigned portfolio

• Creation, analysis and upkeep of regular reporting for the Fleet business
• Management of card balances of partners
• Track revenue
• Review of 3rd Party invoices
• Collaborate with other departments for business management and analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead and develop the strategic and tactical planning for the Iberian retail portfolio.
• Work closely with Asset Managers, Retail Operations Managers, and field teams throughout the Capital Value Process (CVP).

• Responsible for the creation and delivery of high quality, insightful, value added, and automated management information.
• Responsible for bringing transparency to deal structures and explaining financial impacts in operational terms.
