• Support in development, quality assurance and product management
• Work closely with team members to ensure successful completion of projects and support roll-out services
• Enable continuous improvement by providing support when needed
• Responsible for vacation planning of direct reports

• Leading a team of engineers to increase delivery capacity for project rollout
• Owning technical execution across frontend and full stack workstreams aligned to a scalable platform model
• Providing hands-on technical leadership in JavaScript, TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks

• Active partnership with sales and project managers to estimate, design, develop and deliver solutions
