• Igénymenedzsment-tevékenységet (üzleti igényspecifikációk elemzését, erőforrásbecslést követő kapacitásvizsgálatot, illetve scoringot) ellátó csapat szakmai felügyelete, nyitott kérdések tisztázása
• Informatikai fejlesztésre vonatkozó ügyféligények rendszeres felmérésének vezetése, összefogása

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cloud and AI enablement programmes, managing timelines, risks, and resources.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Cloud and AI solutions, providing guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Evaluate new CRM technologies and Salesforce product releases for adoption
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware
• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions with Einstein 1, Lightning, and Apex
