• Manage and optimize Boomi middleware including Solace and related integration tools
• Coordinate closely with other teams like Salesforce, Seeburger, MongoDB and other Platform tools to ensure seamless integration and data flow

• Take over responsibility for production / planning topics in various projects, such as e.g. SAP PP rollouts
• Conduct business processes and fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into actionable tasks

• Champion an enhanced client experience across supported locations by proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Maintains key performance metrics (KPIs) related to service quality, efficiency, and customer experience to drive continuous improvement and client productivity.
