• Project & workshop work – support our Change Management projects and gain valuable experience in cross-functional teams
• Analyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projects

• Support in running IT projects as part of the project team (PMO)
• Assist the project team in the documentation of software requirements, business processes and tests
• Analyse together with the project team business department processes and optimize them
• Help with second level support

• Support in monitoring and managing the value creation of digital projects
• Participation in the preparation and preparation of reports, analyses and presentations
• Maintenance of data sets and design of analysis software for digital projects (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI)

• Contribute to corporate development projects; support identification and analysis of growth opportunities and strategic partners

• Support global Market Access projects end‑to‑end: planning, timelines, task tracking, and follow‑up
• Organize global meetings and workshops (agendas, materials, minutes, actions)
• Actively support coordination and communication between Global and Local Market Access teams

• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce operational costs.
• Analysing operational processes to identify and implement opportunities for optimisation, efficiency and cost reduction

• Lead international projects, optimizing business processes and identify growth opportunities across diverse markets
• Define, implement, and monitor process improvements, specifying requirements for both immediate and strategic solutions
