• Market Scouting & Opportunity Identification
• Proactively identifies ongoing or upcoming projects in the market. Assesses the presence of Gewiss solutions and explores opportunities to extend or introduce the full Gewiss offering.

• Developing and documenting BIM standards
• Creating, updating and updating project BAPs
• Monitoring BIM quality throughout the project and ensuring that information management processes are adhered to
• Coordinate technical teams and subcontractors on BIM activities and the regular exchange of models

• Lead the cross functional project team, establish the project execution approach, allocate and manage resources, and oversee activities to achieve all project goals.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
