• Acting as the first point of contact for Area Managers across EMEA for distributor management topics
• Supporting governance and optimisation of distributor management processes at the regional headquarters
• Onboarding new Area Managers to regional headquarters processes, tools, and structures

• Assist and support international projects within the Customer Portfolio Management Team
• Support change management activities across the entire department, helping to drive adoption and ensure sustainable implementation

• Support the development, execution, and tracking of strategic and operational projects
• Contribute to strategic analyses, market research, and business planning
• Drive cross-functional transformation and change projects in collaboration with the CEO and management team
