• Manage all lifecycle stages of M&A/PMI projects from the Service perspective, including both Due Diligence as well as Post-Merger Integration projects
• Develop and apply upside potential & risk scenario assessment frameworks for Service

• Supporting the team in strategic transformation projects and process improvements
• Analyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projects
• Working with the Transformation team on analysis to identify value creation opportunities across TKE Group
