• Acting as a permanent member of the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CIRT)
• Executing and supporting technical incident response activities, including analysis, containment, and recovery
• Escalating critical technical findings and risks to the Incident Commander

• Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose complete tailored HPC and AI solutions.
• Establish a trusted technical relationship with the customers and partners to position Fsas capabilities and ensure that its added value is properly communicated.

• Design and implement our next-​generation telephony and contact center architecture (UC / VoIP / CCaaS)
• Lead the technical workstream of a multi-​country rollout and modernization program
• Act as the internal technical authority and primary counterpart for external providers (e.g., TATA, NTT)
