• Strategic responsibility for the alignment and continuous development of the IT Service Portfolio and its operability
• Ensuring transparency and consistency across current, future, and end-of-life IT services
• Defining and governing service design principles, structures, and documentation standards

• You support our Security Operations Center (SOC) team in analyzing and managing security incidents.
• You execute our IT security strategy and ensure compliance with our policies.
• You redefine, optimize, and implement security-related processes across the organization.
