• Manage a team of 50 employees with 5 direct riports

• Establishing and maintaining the contact with commercial real estate service companies, trading premises, developers and real estate agencies
• Monitoring the property market in order to gather information about investments and existing buildings

• Oversee daily hotel and apartment operations, including check-ins, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest services
• Ensure operational SOPs and brand standards are followed across all locations
• Coordinate with housekeeping, supervisors, and outsourced service partners

• Planning, coordinating and execution of maintenance tasks, resources, and material for an optimized workflow under consideration of the Customer requirements.
• Planning, coordination and execution of tests and certification of safety relevant equipment

• Project Management of ERIG obligations in ongoing EU funded projects concerning the role of gas in the energy transition and hydrogen.
• Facilitate new publicly funded European projects to these topics

Coordinate opportunity-risk analyses according to internal guidelines in cooperation with business partners from different regions, focusing on independent risk analyses along all relevant risk categories....

• You take on-site management of the construction site: ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality implementation of all work from delivery to commissioning.
• You actively support the project manager in planning, setup, execution, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.

• You have overall responsibility for handling complex customer projects in the area of railway automation (CBTC, ATO, C-DAS, collision warning systems)
• You ensure the timely, budget and contract compliant project handling

• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs
• Perform inspections, take photos, prepare condition reports
• Schedule and supervise cleaners, maintenance, and contractors
• Communicate with tenants, building management, and service providers
• Track utilities and maintain property records

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive submissions
• Review and interpret complex RFPs and RFQs, guiding the team in crafting tailored responses
• Organize, direct and motivate multidiscipline proposal preparation teams
