• Manage a portfolio of 3rd parties for settlement of financial and physical transactions & lead senior analysts through their BAU activities.
• Accountable for the accurate and timely completion of Settlements activities within area of responsibility, which include:

• Supervise a team of 9 accountants, ensure the personal skill development & regular performance review for the team.
• Oversee resp. being part of preparation of statutory financial statements for inclusion in timely filings with regulatory agencies.

Support the Global OSH Function by maintaining and developing OSH data models, systems, and applications, including data management, GDPR compliance, BI dashboards, reporting, and AI initiatives....

• Support strategic discussions and product designs in the customer identity product area.
• Create and support the execution of the product roadmaps, with an outcome/ KPI-driven mindset.
