Ensure Customer Careline Support: Handling of careline/social media service provider inquiries, temporary processing of fuel complaints, support in litigation procedures with external and internal lawyers, and drafting of text modules for careline/social media service providers....

• Responsible for supervisory checks and doing management reporting
• Staff management / responsible for 14 team members
• Strategic input for local and global projects within continental EMEA
• Regulatory reporting monitoring and audit management
• Interface and contact point for internal and external queries

• Support IDW representatives in their international roles by preparing for and joining them at meetings, and conferences.
• Support collaboration with other departments and senior leadership of the IDW on international topics.

• Leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills in frequent interaction with other areas of the firm, in particular, senior stakeholders and regulators
• Strongly communicate verbally and in writing including escalate timely any blockers/setbacks

• Scan corporate audit reports and extract key learnings for the organisation
• Attend knowledge sharing meetings (e.g. Policy round table) and extract information you think is relevant for the CFOs in the markets
