• Conduct international customer visits to gather insights and define product requirements for the European market.
• Oversee the full product development lifecycle—from initial concept through to mass production.

• Conduct strategic security market analysis for CEU, GEA, and SEU
• Identify and secure new consulting security client projects
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Develop proposals and manage key client stakeholders
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of security projects

• You coordinate, track, and control general bid activities
• You plan and organize the bid process in collaboration with the Offer Manager, Sales department, and Engineering department
• You organize proposals, edit, and finalize the proposal documents
