• Support strategic discussions and product designs in the customer identity product area.
• Create and support the execution of the product roadmaps, with an outcome/ KPI-driven mindset.

• Analyse business and regulatory requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications
• Support solution design and implementation across business and IT teams
• Act as a key interface between stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams
• Coordinate testing, rollout and implementation activities

• Support the organisation in strengthening risk awareness and internal controls.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our governance framework and our journey towards ECB supervision.
• Support the implementation of the revised Group Risk Architecture, including gap assessments and action plans.

• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle for scheme integrations and payment platform components (e.g. SEPA, SWIFT, and APMs)
• Define and drive the product roadmap, from ideation and strategy to design, implementation, and continuous improvement
