Accountable for partnering directly with the Digital Managers and the local marketing company brand leadership to drive for full adoption of the GCO services and capabilities and the delivery of agreed Content types, volumes and savings....

• Develop and implement GTM strategies for European markets, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product launches, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance tracking.

• Drive digital growth: Take ownership of our Webshop and App performance, shaping strategies that boost e-commerce share and revenue across our markets
• Collaborate internationally: Work hand-in-hand with our country teams to create seamless customer experiences and unlock new growth opportunities

• Management and implementation of conversion optimisation strategies in digital, telesales and partner channels
• Design, implementation and evaluation of A/B and multivariate tests for continuous conversion improvement
• Management and analysis of all key funnel metrics, attribution models and ROAS

• Supporting the Executive Publisher in managing and developing the existing journal portfolio, including new journal launches and acquisitions in the chemical sciences.
• Implementing journal development and commissioning plans aligned with the Thieme Science strategy to acquire high-quality content.
