Global Brand Leadership: You drive hand in hand with the Health Interest lead the execution of the global Cough & Cold strategy across all markets, safeguarding consistent positioning, messaging and visual identity while empowering smart local adaptations, where it drives performance....

• You help to develop exciting, future-oriented concepts along the customer journey together with experts across the company
• You support in collection and analysis of customer insights to identify experience gaps

• Strengthen and manage the flow of market insights (trends, competitors, customer data) into the business
• Deliver regular and ad hoc briefing packs for client-facing teams with tailored local insights
• Build and manage a living, searchable, and version-controlled repository for insights

• Manage and review design outputs for all HK European subsidiaries
• Review advertising materials, POSM, and shop branding based on global brand guidelines
• Design development for moto rsports-related projects (WRC, Formula E, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, etc.)

• Conducting Sales & Marketing Revisions in our PM subsidiaries around the world on a monthly basis
• Doing / Following up with all tasks needed after the revision in the country is complete
• Provide suggestions about ways we can improve our working methods with our subsidiaries
