• Develop and deliver recruitment marketing campaigns aligned with our employer value proposition (EVP) with a global and regional perspective
• Work on digital campaign strategies, creative development, channel strategy, campaign activation, photoshoots, podcasts, video and events

• Lead the development of the Digital Factory operating model, ensuring quarterly progress in alignment with the management team.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Factory-level roadmap, identifying and mitigating blockers, risks, and dependencies.

• Launching the Marketing-as-a-Service program and scaling it across hundreds of EMEA partners
• Establishing and managing relationships with third-party marketing agencies (RFPs, benchmarking, performance management).

• Develop and implement the global digital strategy to drive brand growth, sales performance, and community engagement
