• Own the startup engagement funnel from first contact to application
• Conduct strategic qualification calls and assess international readiness
• Advise founders on program fit and global scaling pathways
• Close high-potential startups into the right programs

• Support strategic initiatives within the Growth & Partnerships team
• Conduct research and prepare concepts for new ecosystem initiatives
• Bridge strategy and execution by identifying operational gaps
• Support the design and rollout of new partner pilots
