• Develop and implement generative AI models for design optimization
• Integrate AI algorithms with Finite Element Method (FEM) and other simulation tools
• Analyze simulation results and propose design improvements
• Collaborate with engineers to automate optimization workflows

Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business and translate requirements into high quality software. Expect to visit our customers around 2-3 times per week....

You will be responsible for the development of complex IT architectures in innovative software solutions and for providing strategic-technological advice to our customers....

• Development of a GUI to display data preprocessed with an existing library (toolbox-SXP)
• Adapt algorithms and analysis procedures to the GUI
• Collaborate in implementing visualisation tools based on EuXFEL data analysis tools

• Working on applications around the AI using Python and Javascript SDK
• Research into topics such as MCP Protokoll, LLM models and AI agents
• Translating ideas into working protocols and applications
• Extending and maintaining our production code

• Strong academic background with a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Physics, or a related technical field
• Proven experience as a Software Architect or Senior Developer in complex system environments with interfaces to hardware
