• Az üzleti igényeknek megfelelő standard adatmodellek fejlesztése a hálózati területek adattárházban

• üzleti igények felmérése, rendszerezése és a követelmények elemzése, adat- és folyamatmodellezés;
• informatikai megoldások funkcionális és vizuális tervezése az üzleti igények mentén;

• digitális tartalmak (weboldalak, PDF dokumentumok, prezentációk, e-learning anyagok) akadálymentesítése és ellenőrzése;
• tartalmak szerkesztése a nemzetközi akadálymentesítési irányelvek (elsősorban, de nem kizárólag WCAG) szerint;
• együttműködés fejlesztőkkel, grafikusokkal és tartalomfelelősökkel;
