• YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implement high-performance software components for complex distributed systems, focusing on C++ development and advanced network protocols.
• Develop features aligned with the product roadmap and implement custom solutions for individual customer requirements.

• Work within the Magna Seating IT/OT team to support Digitalization strategy in Seating Europe Group
• Support development and implementation of digitalization initiatives in Seating Europe divisions
• Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes

• Systematic Building: Develop custom websites using the Client-First Naming Convention (or similar framework) to ensure class consistency.
• Figma to Webflow: Translate static designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow sites.

• Develop and enhance the CRM architecture, including future AI solutions
• Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as case management
• Integrate third-party systems (e.g., telephony, chatbots) using APIs and middleware tools

• Agile development & configuration (front- & backend) of an international PIM/MDM solution
• Build & further enhance our PIM/MDM data models based on complex business requirements
• Code review & unit testing and perform quality assurance and testing (error analysis, bug-fixing)

• Being part of a talented team, embracing agile principles and values.
• Lead the harmonization of access control mechanisms across multiple integrated products, ensuring a consistent and secure user experience.

• Address and resolve basic SAP related incidents and service requests.
• Act as a liaison between users and senior SAP team members
• Implement small-scale enhancements and fixes in SAP (ABAP or other relevant technologies).
