• • Define long-term category potential based on shopper and market insights.
• • Develop and implement Perfect Store concepts and execution standards across key retail and Horeca clusters.

• End-to-end responsible for the product category (Portfolio), collection of product data, and implementation of it accordingly into the portfolio;
• Development of local product strategy for the owned category and steering the sales department based on the strategy;

• Conduct competitive and market analyses for products in the EMEA region
• Analyze customer requirements, prepare findings, and derive corresponding product specifications
• Support product launches across all aspects of the marketing mix

• Own the implementation of our Product Analytics strategy and bring the Business Insights vision to our product areas.

• Assist in driving our strong growth in Surgical Ophthalmology and improving patients' vision globally
• Support the definition of the product portfolio strategy and roadmap for ZEISS Cataract Implants and Consumables, with a specific focus on Intraocular Lenses (IOL)

• Responsibility for portfolio, innovation, and consumer insights: close collaboration with local marketing and sales functions to ensure a consistent brand experience
• Developing and implementing a strategy that centers consumer needs at the heart of our innovation processes
