• End-to-end responsible for the product category (Portfolio), collection of product data, and implementation of it accordingly into the portfolio;
• Development of local product strategy for the owned category and steering the sales department based on the strategy;

• Translate data into actionable insights that shape our marketing strategy and investments.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to identify opportunities, define KPIs, and measure success.
• Build clear, engaging dashboards and reports that highlight trends and tell compelling stories.

• Support the technical requirements steering and system configurations on the Qualtrics-based CX Engine platform
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on committee meetings, workshops, and global stakeholder calls

• Ensure understanding, consistency, and reliability of client KPIs, rules, calculations, and analysis across the organization
• Develop client reporting and performance monitoring tools, including monthly reporting and client segmentation analysis
