• Working closely with European Sales and FAE team, understand customer requirements and propose the right product offering from Vishay's Temperature sensing and Circuit protection portfolio.
• Supported by an international team of technical experts, design-in custom products when necessary

• End-to-end responsible for the product category (Portfolio), collection of product data, and implementation of it accordingly into the portfolio;
• Development of local product strategy for the owned category and steering the sales department based on the strategy;

Visionary Domain Leadership: Architect and scale a high-performing multidisciplinary data organization. You will define the headcount strategy, career frameworks, and operational rhythms that allow Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver high-leverage outcomes....

• Support the development of customer-centric product and service ideas along the early innovation process.
• Design and execute customer validations (e.g. interviews, surveys, experiments, rapid tests) to test desirability and acceptance.

• Conduct targeted market research by analyzing industry sources, competitor activities, and market trends to support strategic decision-making
• Support the creation and maintenance of market intelligence materials, databases, and collaboration platforms
