• Service management of payroll activities through external and internal service providers
• Acting as key point of contact for employees on HR-related topics
• Collaboration with shared service teams

• Dealer program setup in a dedicated internal company system called MPS2
• Payment processes management and eligibility checks
• Data updates and reporting
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams on campaigns and process improvements
• Improvement of templates and AI-driven initiatives

• Coordination and monitoring of global capital investment forecasts, actual spending, and variance analysis
• Ensuring data accuracy through reconciliations, reporting controls, and issue resolution
• Supporting business planning activities, investment portfolio management, and program lifecycle tracking

• Engineering investment reporting for vehicle programs from initiation through approval milestones
• Management of engineering targets, actuals, and variance analysis in partnership with Program Finance and Program Management teams
