• Define and communicate the stream’s vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company and tribe goals.

• Support the CVG Manager in co-leading annual assortment development with a focus on evaluating SKU performance and new NPI launches.
• Build and maintain a PBS placement monitoring database using rotation, profitability, and IR-based insights.
• Build PBS planograms to support in-store execution.

• Responsible for the performance, and the profitability of the B2B segments.
• Continuously observing and analysing the B2B Telecommunication market, the competitors activities, gathering customer insights, and incorporating them into marketing planning and execution processes.

• Learn the documentation package of the product portfolio (complete technical file)
• Learn, evaluate, observe and follow-up worldwide regulations, laws, rules and other conditions in the medical device regulatory environment
• Work to close the gap between the technical file and current regulations

• Create transparent plan for consumer mobile segment’s roadmap and activities and distribute for related departments. Manage own team’s resources for the activities
• Regularly monitor and track segment’s performance, modify on plans if needed to reach KPIs

• You take full ownership of the CE Regional CEO's calendar and scheduling, making sure priorities are clear and time is used efficiently
• You organize and coordinate travel, events, and meetings - from logistics and agendas to follow-ups - ensuring everything runs seamlessly

• Active participation in preparing yearly, quarterly and monthly CRVM activity plan of consumer (prepaid, postpaid) segment
• Lifecycle management of consumer segment by improving the customer value mix and customer satisfaction on the base
