• Checking the site activities (site handover, progress, technical handover, etc.)

• Site management and coordination on Refining or Logistics projects
• On‑site supervision and inspection of contractors’ work.
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality requirements
• Participation in technical scope preparation and tendering procedure

• Ensuring a coordinated, constructible and cost-efficient technical scope in line with the approved schedule and budget
• Close cooperation with Scheduling and Cost Engineering in progress measurement, forecasting and management decision support

• Full execution of tenders, price indexations, and RFX processes.
• Conducting market benchmarks and identifying alternative suppliers.
• Leading sourcing projects and managing multi round tender processes.
• Participating in logistics development projects (e.g., modernization of forklift fleets).
