• Manage ECO’s from End to end by all it’s aspects.
• Support production lines by solving engineering‑related issues and driving yield improvements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, and Supplier Quality to handle process deviations, NCRs, and CAPA activities. (Quality/process capability collaboration)

• Define and continuously evolve the company-wide Quality Management System aligned with business strategy.
• Establish and review policies, processes, and quality frameworks at organizational level.
• Lead the implementation of an integrated QMS software system.

• Identify, evaluate, and localize suppliers, primarily in Hungary and Europe, for metal, plastic, and electronic components
• Lead supplier sourcing activities end-to-end, including market research, supplier identification, RFQ process, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting

• Lead and act with the local finance team and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations (local GAAP, IFRS, and Infineon standards).
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes for Cegléd site.
