• Manage Target Costing, Design-to-Cost and Cost Engineering across all development stages
• Select, qualify, and develop suppliers for new products. Evaluate supplier risks, resilience and performance
• Identify and execute Value Analysis / Value Engineering opportunities

• Full execution of tenders, price indexations, and RFX processes.
• Conducting market benchmarks and identifying alternative suppliers.
• Leading sourcing projects and managing multi round tender processes.
• Participating in logistics development projects (e.g., modernization of forklift fleets). 

• Support product availability and optimal stock levels across all branches
• Contribute to local purchasing optimization and cost efficiency
• Coordinate and monitor inventory across different locations
• Communicate with parent company and locally with branches, suppliers and with CEO on availability topics

• Ensuring a coordinated, constructible and cost-efficient technical scope in line with the approved schedule and budget
• Close cooperation with Scheduling and Cost Engineering in progress measurement, forecasting and management decision support

• Deliver sourcing plan that drive great customer focused proposition, including attractive Tesco products range, fine tuned trade plan and competitive prices
• Ensure long term customer led category plan and KPIs control
• Effective supplier portfolio management and improvement across countries

• Organization and managing of customer projects 
• Technical clarification of requirements with sales and customers 
• Technical coordination with engineering 
• Internal coordination with the project staff of the involved departments 
• Milestone management and progress monitoring

• Production Planning (primary scope #1) and Supply Planning (primary scope #2)
• Own the end-to-end production planning, work with supply planning to convert demand (including customers/commercial insights) to master plan and then executable and most effective weekly and daily schedule.

• Oversee the set-up of coupons to ensure offers are customer focused and in line with coupon principles and guidelines
• Managing the delivery of coupons through Coupon Centre of Excellence team, prioritizing workload and providing support and an escalation route

• Establish close and effective relationships with business stakeholders to understand resource demand and service quality
• Ensure flexible labour agencies deliver workforce in required quality and quantity

• Create and implement the automation and robotics strategy across the site organization
• Lead and develop the day-to-day activities of the automation and robotics team
• Design, develop, prototype and test innovative automated solutions and robotic systems and components.
