• Cégcsoporton belüli tranzakciók könyvelésének egyeztetése

• Communicate with external suppliers in case of any inquiries (e-mail, phone)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution (Vendor Master Data / Disbursement / Logistics / Procurement / AP / Tax / Controlling etc.)
• Participate in meetings with suppliers, AP team and internal stakeholders

• Handle invoice processing, payments, and closings
• Ensure compliance and resolve issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers
• Maintain documentation and support the team

• Handle monthly closings and prepare P&L and balance sheet entries
• Reconcile source systems with financial records
• Check data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Run plausibility checks on financial results
• Coordinate planning and execution of financial reports

• SSC folyamatainak (könyvelés, főkönyvi zárás, banki tranzakciók stb.) operatív és stratégiai irányítása
• Csapat vezetése, ellenőrzése
• Pénzügyi riportok, KPI-ok és SLA-k készítése és nyomon követése
• Folyamatoptimalizálási, hatékonyságnövelő projektek indítása, menedzselése

• Serve as a primary escalation point for customer and business inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee and continuously improve customer service operations
• Proactively identify and resolve customer or business issues

• Ensure data quality within the Corporate Data Domain
• Perform data‑quality checks and drive corrective actions
