Contribute to harmonization of pricing processes, tools and data to support integration of DORC portfolio into ZEISS OPT while ensuring business continuation for DORC, i.e....

• Managing the ordinal daily sales, expenses and profit in tax and accounting perspective
• Communication and collaboration with internal colleagues and subsidiaries
• Cooperate with colleagues, vendors, customers and partners in multiple location

Lead the German finance organization: You take full responsibility for accounting, controlling, and reporting in Germany, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and scalability as the business grows....

• Ensure secure execution of the tax reporting process (Budget, Forecast, Actual) in a global tax environment.
• Develop and implement concepts for tax risk management for ContiTech.
• Act as a proactive point of contact for German and international group companies to identify and mitigate tax risks early.

• Ownership of the delivery of the profit and loss (P&L) from invoice to cluster margin - A&P – and direct overhead and other KPIs.
• Supervise month‑end processes, ensuring accurate journal entries and recommending improvements.
