• Group governance: Handle the CFO's internal (and external) mandates; incl. agenda alignment, information sharing, screening of briefing materials and notes

Lead the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ILAAP framework, ensuring it accurately reflects the firm's liquidity adequacy and risk appetite....

• Leading all accounting operations and financial reporting activity across Europe.
• Ensuring timely, accurate internal and external financial reporting.
• Directing statutory audits across Europe and partnering on the consolidated US GAAP audit.

• Managing the ordinal daily sales, expenses and profit in tax and accounting perspective
• Communication and collaboration with internal colleagues and subsidiaries
• Cooperate with colleagues, vendors, customers and partners in multiple location
