• Számviteli feladatok összehangolása, a könyvviteli nyilvántartások vezetésének és pontosságának felügyelete;
• Havi, éves zárások, mérleg, eredménykimutatás, mellékletek és egyéb pénzügyi jelentések összeállítása;
• ÁFA- és egyéb adóbevallások elkészítésének felügyelete;

• A szálloda operatív működésének gazdasági és szervezeti irányítása
• A részlegvezetők munkájának koordinálása és ellenőrzése: Housekeeping vezető, Front Office vezető, Sales, Gazdasszony
• Pénzügyi, gazdaságossági és költséghatékonysági folyamatok felügyelete

• Az Ötkert Kft-hez tartozó összes egység kontrolling folyamatait kezeled és fejleszted
• Havi és éves pénzügyi kimutatásokat, elemzéseket készítesz, támogatva a menedzsment döntéseit
• Kapcsolatot tartasz a külső könyvelőkkel, könyvvizsgálókkal

• Formulate and lead a wide range of assurance activities to assess risks within coverage area and the state of controls in place to mitigate them
• Proactively identify risk and emerging risk, and factor into risk assessment and assurance coverage

• Review and analyze client portfolios from a suitability risk perspective
• Ongoing monitoring and assessment of clients, their wealth and sophistication vs. their products and portfolios with GS
• Ensure record keeping requirements are adhered to by advisors from a quality and completeness perspective

• Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
• Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment

• To prepare and record accurate, reliable and timely monthly financial and cost accounting and payroll data
• To provide accurate, reliable and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end reports to regulatory agencies and in-house users of financial, cost accounting and payroll data

• Transform the Credit Risk team into a proactive, business-enabling function that drives clarity, speed, and high-quality decision-making.
• Define and execute the bank's credit risk strategy across all asset classes, aligned with business growth and regulatory expectations

• Targeted company and market research
• Prepare pitch books and other marketing materials
• Conduct detailed financial modeling for M&A transactions, IPOs, and debt and equity offerings

• Ensures the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance across the organization, fostering a culture of excellence
• Develops and implements quality management systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead and manage the German Tax team
• Coordinate statutory notifications in line with directives from the Federal Central Tax Office and related institutions
• Oversee the handling of customer inquiries regarding the tax treatment of securities transactions

• Overall responsibility for the Internal Audit/Group Audit department to be established, reporting directly to the CFO of the BIOTRONIK Group
• Active management of external audit service providers, establishment and management of an international audit team
