Shape & execute the integration strategy: Partner with the Integration Lead, leadership team, and key stakeholders to refine, execute, and monitor the commercial integration roadmap...

• Support strategic discussions and product designs in the customer identity product area.
• Create and support the execution of the product roadmaps, with an outcome/ KPI-driven mindset.

• Oversee daily operations for outgoing and incoming payments including ACH, wire transfers, SEPA, SWIFT, BACS and instant/faster payments.
• Ensure timely processing, posting, and support during reconciliation of all payment transactions.

• Risk Function Transformation: Drive the evolution of our risk management framework to align with supervisory standards
• Internal Control & RCSA Oversight: Lead the identification and remediation of gaps in policies, processes, and documentation within the Internal RCSA system
