Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head of Investor Relations and senior Investor Relations team members, including complex calendar, correspondence, and meeting coordination across time zones....

• Define business requirements and work effectively with stakeholders;
• Respond to IT support tickets;
• Build internal and external relationships effectively;
• Provide business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business;

• Lead execution of regulatory deliverables, exams and overall engagement, with a focus on credit risk, market risk and operational risk
• Present to and interact with regulators as part of the ongoing supervision process, regulatory examinations and other deliverables

• Responsibility for a specific country and portfolio and opportunity to influence the credit business strategy
• Responsibility for implementing the group risk strategy by providing opinions for individual deals and support in the improvement of the assessment methodology.
