• Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses. 
• Analyze financial results and explain variances versus plan and prior periods. 
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and analyses upon request. 

• Perform regular and event-driven credit assessments
• Analyze customers’ financial and non-financial information
• Define and manage collateral and credit insurance requirements
• Monitor customer accounts, credit exposure and payment behavior

• Apply your expertise in corporate treasury operations, systems, policies, and procedures to help build and operate a standalone Castrol treasury function from the ground up.
• Ensure seamless liquidity across the group by completing authorized subsidiary payments accurately and on time.

• Own and support standard costing processes, ensuring accurate product cost calculations and financial impacts
• Perform cost variance analysis and identify key drivers behind profitability changes
• Analyze product margins, profitability, and P&L performance to support business decisions

• Leased assets, fixed asset and CAPEX accounting activities 
• Taxes, GL journals and accruals/ provisions, reconciling BS accounts 

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI and automation solutions that collect, validate, and quality-assure data at scale
• Engineer multi-agent orchestrations, data pipelines, MCP integrations, and API connections that power autonomous, end-to-end data workflows

• Check and approve due diligence documents of grantees
• Support the admin team, answer their questions, advise on templates, due diligence, and other related issues (e.g. taxation; invoicing)
• Check supplier contracts related to JDC programs and book related invoices

• Full-cycle general ledger accounting in accordance with Hungarian accounting regulations
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Supporting tax filings with accurate financial data
• Liaising with auditors and local authorities
• Reconciliation of general ledger and sub-ledgers

• Prompt, proactive, and effective communication with external customers on daily basis, with obtaining current information on outstanding cash
• Register payment promises

• Collaboration with senior product managers to ensure product objectives achievement
• Support of new product development and product enhancements by creating product specifications
• Coordination of product launch activities including application changes and client communications

• Serving as the dedicated client liaison during each project engagement

• Contacting customers with outstanding invoices to secure timely payment
• Monitoring accounts receivable aging reports to prioritize collection efforts
• Assisting in resolving client disputes and discrepancies holding up payment
• Escalating delinquent accounts to management or legal when necessary

• Development of thorough conceptual and practical understanding of MSCI analytics by applying them to realistic investment management problems
• Driving new sales and client adoption using understanding of MSCI analytics
