• Support the development and implementation of the financial strategy for the group and its subsidiaries.
• Analyze financial processes, prepare managerial reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct profitability calculations, pre- and post-cost analyses, and prepare forecasts.

• Day‑to‑day leadership and professional support of the Financial Controller Operational Investment team
• Mentoring, developing and monitoring the performance of team members
• Coordinating the resolution of operational issues, managing capacity and priorities

• Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities and prepare analyses and reports in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Analyse and report the accounting results of investment assets to the relevant business units.
• Review accounting processes related to investment transactions.
