• As the right hand of our International Sales Director, you will help drive commercial excellence across our international markets by supporting key strategic initiatives and business processes.
• Support strategic sales planning and global commercial initiatives

• Develop and maintain the Group Card reporting and analytics system
• Build automated, consolidated reporting tools and support the development of the Group fuel card data model
• Introduce advanced analytics and data‑mining practices to support decision making

• Own, maintain, and further develop the Group Card reporting and analytics system
• Build automated, group-level reporting tools and shape the development of underlying data models
• Support sales and pricing teams with market‑specific reports and deep‑dive analyses

• Oversee risk management processes and internal controls across all EMEA entities, ensuring compliance and early identification of financial and operational risks.
• Ensure statutory accounts, tax filings, and company secretarial obligations are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.

• Participating in the preparation of management reports on business units’ financial performance, market position, sales and pricing activities, and opex and capex spending

• Maintaining efficient cooperation with finance teams and business units

• Lead and supervise the Statutory Accounting and Tax function
• Oversee Controlling, Payroll and Legal operations, while also responsible for supervising the managerial assistance and support functions
• Responsible for AR Management, debt collection and plan compliance reviews

• act as process owner of data management regulations and ensure proper fulfillment of defined roles and responsibilities including its enchancement according to business requirements
• support the operation of data management processes and continuously monitor data quality

• Lead key activities within the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing cycles.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Oversee the reporting of subsidiary entities to ensure compliance with group accounting standards and reporting requirements.

• Take ownership of small to medium-scale, non-complex inorganic projects or specific project components across Upstream, Downstream, and Non-core business areas.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while actively managing associated risks.

• Establish and maintain metadata for relevant data domains, including identification of Critical Data Elements (CDEs), definitions, lineage and system mappings
• Create, maintain and publish metadata using the provided data management tools

Screening through monthly original supporting documents and field returns from country delegation and feedback if there were any discrepancies or anomalies....

• Develop, maintain and improve financial reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI
• Prepare and structure financial data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across reports
• Support the automation of repetitive finance tasks using Power Automate or advanced Excel

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Support preparation of financial statements and internal reports

• Provide oversight of hotel and cluster-level finance operations across the portfolio
• Partner closely with on-property finance managers to ensure alignment and support
• Develop, implement, and standardise finance processes, policies, and reporting frameworks

• Daily processing of GL/AP/AR transactions (with main focus on GL)
• Reconciliation of balance and nominal accounts. All deviations should be verified and explained
• Month-end closing for the chosen entity, reporting and verification of balance and turnover

• Review and verification of invoices for relevant documentation and approval before payment, formal and accounting verification of purchase invoices
• Independent and correct registration of purchase invoices in the books with the use of IT accounting systems
