• Investigating and resolving issues with wrongly supplier setup
• Investigating, resolving or escalating Oracle Accesses
• Managing the approval hierarchy
• Creating new position in Oracle, location for new CC, Item category
• Ensuring 100% compliance to Audit and any other regulations the process deals with

• Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
• Issuing Mall transactions
• Period closure activities
• Checking the accuracy and timelines

• Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
• Investigate, resolve or escalate queries/differences and disputes as required
• Sales reconciliation team tasks and activities

• Support of the billing/invoicing activities of 3 different countries and several legal entities
• Work within the team to ensure TGAP, guidelines, Key Financial Controls, other relevant policies and processes are correctly implemented in the country of responsibility
• Issuing AR transactions
